We begin each session with guiding you to set an intention for this healing and having you lay fully clothed on the treatment table.  I will place my hands lightly on or just above your body. The gentle hand movements guide energy flow through the body, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance the body's natural healing processes. Each session is unique, tailored to meet your specific needs and to support your healing journey.


My Journey with Reiki

I have always believed in the power of energy healing. Throughout my life, I have received various healing modalities and discovered profound shifts and healing through Reiki. My deep respect for the Reiki lineage led me to be trained in the traditional Usui Reiki Method. My son and nieces have grown up hearing me ask them if they would like me to use my “healing hands” when they have been in pain or hurting in some way. In addition to using Reiki during my sessions, I also bring in additional support of crystals, dousing, and use of oracle cards. I am dedicated to facilitating healing for anyone seeking balance, health, and wholeness. It would be an honor to assist you on your own healing journey.
